SANTA MARIA MAGGIORE AND CHIMNEY SWEEP MUSEUM

Visit of the elegant capital town of the Vigezzo Valley with the beautiful villas and the many sacred images that decorate the facades of the houses. In the village you can also visit the chimney sweep and perfume museums: did you know that cologne was invented by a Vigezzo man?

VOGOGNA AND THE CASTLE

THE MERGOZZO / MONTORFANO BLUE PATH

from the pretty scalpelini town of Mergozzo, go up to its hamlet Montorfano, on the mountain of the same name to admire the splendid panorama from this strategic point. Upon returning we will taste the fugascina and we will see a granite chain from the Guinness Book of Records.

THE PATH OF THE MARKET

we walk along the old merchants’ road along the Vigezzo Valley, through the many villages that dot it, the terraces and the beautiful woods of the brightest Ossola Valley.

A PLACE IN THE SUN: THE FRACTIONS OF DRUOGNO

Easy ring of the elegant hamlets of Druogno characterized by simple stone houses but also by beautiful secondary residences, through beech woods, sunny meadows and vegetable gardens.

THE GIANT BENCH OF CRODO

Strolling through the hamlets of Crodo, the town of Crodino, towards the giant bench, admiring fountains, ancient houses, wonderful baroque churches surrounded by the mountains of the Antigorio Valley.

THE WALSERS OF MACUGNAGA

Discovering the Walser of Macugnaga, going up the Anzasca valley with the beautiful fir woods and small settlements characterized by ancient houses and barns, old ovens, churches and chapels, gold mines and farms to reach the centenary Vecchio Lime tree and admire the imposing east wall of His Majesty the Monte Rosa.

THE LAKE OF ANTRONA

Nature walk in the beautiful coniferous woods of the valley and then arrive at the lake of Antrona and the beautiful waterfall.

We walk in the alleys and underpasses of the “Vatican” district, up to the church of Sant’Ambrogio and then reach the Forum museum, where city brands such as Bialetti, Lagostina, Alessi, Girmi, Piazza will tell us their story through the objects that made them famous around the world.

THE CONCA DI ARMENO

Easy walk in the bucolic Armeno basin, among villages with elegant architecture, small hamlets with rural houses and the beautiful pastures of local farmers. And of course … the giant bench overlooking the Mottarone!

RING OF QUARNES

Discovering the Quarne: Quarna Sotto with the old mill, the belvedere with the ancient wash house, and, through the woods, to Quarna Sopra and its Castellaccio from where we can see “the whole lake in a single glance”.

THE CROSS OF EGRO

From Pella, on the western shore of Lake Orta, we will go up through small forgotten villages suspended in time: Monte San Giulio and Egro have remained fascinating in their simplicity. We will arrive at the most spectacular viewpoint of Lake Orta, the cross of Egro: guaranteed WOW effect! After crossing Grassona and Colma, you return to the lake passing through the silent village of Ronco di Pella.

THE CROSSES OF NONIUS

From the coppellati boulders of Monte Zuoli, we climb through the woods to the spectacular viewpoints of the Croci di Nonio. We then cross inhabited areas with beautiful residences and pretty hamlets, such as Brolo, the land of cats!

LAKE ORTA IN A WEEKEND!

Trekking of 2 or 3 days, all around the beautiful lake, Orta, between villages with elegant architecture, small hamlets with rural houses, terraces and beautiful panoramic points.

WALKING IN THE BOCA VINEYARDS

a regenerating excursion through the vineyards of Boca and in the natural park of Monte Fenera, admiring beautiful views and ending with a nice food and wine snack!

Lake Maggiore

At the foot of the Alps, divided between the cantons of Ticino, Lombardy and Piedmont lies the splendid Lake Maggiore. Snow-capped peaks crown it and dot it with small stone villages and some delightful islets: man has been able to make this place even more beautiful, “decorating” it with elegant villas and sumptuous palaces and, thanks to a subtropical microclimate, with luxuriant gardens full of exotic plants.

1-HOUR CRUISE IN THE BORROMEO GULF

In an hour aboard our motorboat we will see snow-capped peaks, verdant mountains, the splendid coast with villas and gardens, the hilly hamlets and of course the islands and large historic hotels.

LA VIA DELLE GENTI (upper lake) –

beautiful super panoramic path on the northern part of the Piedmontese shore, small hamlets, woods, mills and even the remains of trenches, with the lake that will always be the master!

THE STRESA / BELGIRATE CHESTNUT TRAIL –

easy path that will alternate stretches of beautiful centuries-old chestnut wood with terraces, ancient churches and elegant nineteenth-century villas.

From SUNA to CAVANDONE –

from the small fishing village of Suna, through a mixed wood with beautiful viewpoints, you reach the ancient stone settlement of Cavandone, to admire the mythical yew, a monumental tree in Piedmont.

MOTTARONE RING

spectacular high-altitude ring on the “mountain of 7 lakes” where the 360 ° panorama will show us Monte Rosa, the 7 lakes and islands, the Alps and the Po valley.
